Orders from Monday to Thursday take one day of handling time before we can post your package, but if you order in the weekend, we can only start handling your order on Monday. The shipping time and cost on the other hand depends on the country of destination. In Europe we ship our packages with GLS, while we try and conquer the rest of the world with UPS. This way we can limit our shipping time to a maximum of one week. The table below shows the expected time and cost to ship to the most frequent countries of destination. We do not take into account the possible delay due to custom control.
If your country is not on the list above? No worries, Pomme-Pidou delivers everywhere in Europe! The exact shipping costs and time will be calculated during check-out for your specific country.
If you order from outside the Eurozone or want to deliver the package outside the Eurozone, then you have to pay the taxes yourself if necessary. Usually, our packages should be under the limit in the United States and Australia, but if you however order for a bigger value, you are supposed to pay the taxes. Do take into account that due to the customs it might take a day longer for your package to arrive.
Patience is a beautiful thing, but not everyone’s strong point. For the inpatient or concerned ones among you there is a track & trace code on the confirmation e-mail so that you can follow your package.
If you have not received your package you shouldn’t panic just yet! Let’s see what might have gone wrong. First you should check your track & trace code again. Maybe you weren’t at home and we will try again tomorrow, or the delivery is delayed (in that case we’re very sorry!) or it has been delivered to your neighbours because nobody answered the bell.
Is this not the case? Check the given delivery address on the confirmation e-mail to make sure that it’s correct. If the address is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible by calling (…) or e-mailing us email@example.com
If you weren’t at home at the time of delivery, you will find a “not at home”- note in your mailbox which mentioned what is going to happen to your package. There are several options:
Did you receive the wrong item? Oops! Sorry! We apologize for this inconvenience!!! Contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will send you a return label by mail. Pomme-Pidou will pay for all the return costs and we will do our best to deliver the correct items as soon as possible!
Did your Pomme-Pidou not survive the long trip? We’re very sorry to hear that, but we’re going to fix it right away! E-mail us some pictures (email@example.com) and mention “Broken #order number” in your mail. We will send you another of our beloved pets as soon as possible so you can start sharing the happiness with him/her.
