Delivery times

Orders are shipped with DPD the next working day. A live tracking code is sent out whenever an order is shipped. With this tracking code you can track your order in real-time. On the day of delivery you will receive an e-mail which gives you a 1-hour window prediction of delivery. If you weren't at home during delivery the parcel will automatically be sent to the closest parcel shop where you can pick up your parcel. The delivery guy will then leave a note in your mailbox. 

Shipping times and countries of delivery are listed in the table below. We do not take into account the possible delay due to custom control.

Taxes

For orders outside the Eurozone, the customer is expected to pay the import taxes and custom costs. Take into account that due to customs control it might take 1-2 days longer for your package to arrive.

 

RETURNS

Did your Pomme pidou not survive the long trip or did you receive a damaged item? We’re very sorry to hear that, but we’re going to fix it right away! Just e-mail us some pictures (shop@pomme-pidou.com). We will send you another of our beloved pets as soon as possible so you can start sharing the happiness with him/her.

Did you receive a wrong or damaged item? You can return your order within the 30 days after receiving it. We kindly ask you to contact us by e-mail (shop@pomme-pidou.com). If your request meets the return policy, we will send you the return label that you can stick on the box. Bring your return package to the nearest DPD parcelshop (https://www.dpd.com/be/en/pickup/find-parcelshop/)  and wait until we confirm the arrival of your package at our headquarters in Bruges.

Repayment is done within 14 days after receiving of the returned item or after discovery of the error. If after that period of time you have not received your money, please contact us and we will find out where we’ve gone wrong. Write an e-mail to shop@pomme-pidou.com.
